MIND in Tower Hamlets and Newham

MIND in Tower Hamlets and Newham provide a range of services to support people who are affected by mental health issues, including impatient and community advocacy, welfare benefits advice, weekly mens' group and women's group and counselling (access via Talking Therapies referral).

To access MIND services you can refer yourself or be referred by your GP/local doctor, your care coordinator or any other statutory and voluntary sector agencies.
